Most of our watches are guaranteed to be in working order for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. However in the case of some vintage watches this may be three months. In the unlikely event that you do encounter any mechanical problems with a watch purchased from ourselves please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem.
Over the years we have developed relationships with many watch dealers throughout the world and as such, can draw upon huge resources in finding particular makes, grades, models of watches, or even parts. Please email us with details of the watch you are looking for and we will do our utmost to source it for you.
All images on this site are of the actual watch. We are more than happy to supply any additional information & pictures of specifics if the watch is still available. Please mention exactly what you would like when enquiring about the watch and we will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery explaining the reason(s) and we will either resolve them for you or give you a full refund. Unfortunately postage charges cannot be refunded.
Once you’ve decided which watch or item you would like simply send us an email or fill out the form provided to make sure the watch is still available.
If you would like to see the watch or item before you buy then please mention this in your email and we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements (if possible). Please include your full name, location and a contact phone number in your request.
You can checkout using PayPal or you can also pay via personal or business cheque (which must clear before collection/delivery, or preferably by direct bank transfer). Please mention how you would like to pay when you enquire about the watch or accessory.
All UK sales are free of charge. We can advise you on any other location price on enquiry.
A much misunderstood subject. Most modern watches come with some sort of water resistance recommendation. For watches with a “push in” crown this is often 10 - 30 meters (3 bar). This is adequate for hand washing and little more. Watches with a “screw in” crown vary from a little as 100 meters to 10,000 meters. 100 meters (10 bar) is sufficient for gentle swimming etc. 300 meters (30 bar) for more adventurous water activities. My personal recommendation is take care, especially with chronograph watches as non-locking pushers can easily be activated by accident. Most manufacturers recommend testing and/or replacement of seals at regular intervals to maintain water resistance.
